The 137th Canton Fair, China's largest and most all-encompassing trade fair, officially opened on April 15 and will run through April 19 for its first phase. Despite the current global trade tensions, Danny Elassir, the U.S. Export Director of Exotica Fresheners Co., made an appearance at the event.

When talking about higher tariffs, he expressed that “Things are very difficult under the high tariffs. Right now we are receiving several increases in our raw materials and that's hurting our production, and also it's hurting our export”.

"There's a good opportunity. We have done many business here." He spoke highly of Canton Fair, where he can meet many of his customers and opened a lot of markets for them worldwide.
